Objective: To provide temporary shelter in the hospital premises to the patient parties, who bring their patients for treatment to the hospital.

For the benefit of patient parties, Housing Department has been constructing Night Shelters within the campus of all Medical Colleges, District Hospitals, Sub-Division and Super Specialty Hospitals in consultation with the Health & Family Welfare Department. Since 2011, Housing Department has constructed 26 (twenty six) Night Shelters and handed over to the Health Department for operation. Works for 1 (one) new Night Shelter is in progress.

Facilities: Offering beds/seats depending on the location.
